GENERAL INFORMATION

All attendees will be provided with a name badge. Badges must be worn at any time during the Conference. The badge is strictly personal and cannot be transferred. It must be shown at the inspection staff's request.

LUNCHES AND COFFEE BREAKS: All registered delegates will have free admittance to the lunches and coffee breaks of the Conference.

European Accreditation Council for CME: An application has been made to the EACCME® for CME accreditation of this event.
