More&More provides professional services for event organization and medical-scientific education, acting as a single partner in project management. The company coordinates logistics, communication, technology, and organizational aspects through an integrated approach. Its operating method is structured around four phases: analysis, design, selection, and management. A multidisciplinary team ensures operational continuity and a single point of contact for clients.
More&More operates as an accredited CME (ECM) Provider, managing instructional design and administrative processes for training activities. The offering includes distance learning, residential training, and field-based education programs.
The company organizes congresses, corporate meetings, workshops, and conferences in both in-person and digital formats. It also delivers corporate conventions and product launches designed to enhance participant engagement.

About us
More&More was founded thanks to the vision and determination of Nicola Fedele, current Sole Director. From the outset, we adopted a distinctive approach: viewing each event not merely as a logistical exercise, but as a complex ecosystem made up of people, content, relationships and emotions.
In 2011, we obtained the accreditation as an ECM Provider (ID 1488). Since then, we have been expanding our educational offering, specializing in complex projects—often multi-location or structured as long-term, multi-year programs.
At More&More, we believe that the quality of an event is a direct reflection of the people who design it. Our multidisciplinary team brings together expertise in project management, logistics, communication, design and ECM training, working seamlessly with a pragmatic, results-driven mindset.
We operate from two strategic locations:
Milan – our registered headquarters, in the heart of Italy’s business and communication capital.
Cagliari – our operational hub, from which we coordinate a large share of our nationwide activities.
